You Are: The customer, the user, the person ordering from us.
These Rules: These terms cover everything important about using our website and buying our phones, covers, and accessories.
2. Shopping and Ordering
Your Account: When you create an account, you must give us correct and current information (like your real name and best phone number). You are responsible for keeping your password secret.
Placing an Order: When you click "Place Order," you are agreeing to buy the product at the price shown.
Prices: We try our best to keep prices accurate, but mistakes happen. If a price is clearly wrong, we have the right to cancel the order and refund your money.
Product Pictures: Our photos are very close to the real thing, but colors can look slightly different on your screen.
3. Payment and Delivery
Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods shown at checkout. You agree to pay the full price, including shipping fees.
Shipping: We will try our best to deliver your package (parsal) quickly, but sometimes delivery times can change because of the courier or outside events. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company.
Checking Your Order: You must check your order immediately when you receive it. If anything is wrong or broken, you must tell us right away in 24 hours.
4. Returns and Refunds
Our Promise: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will help you fix it.
Return Rules: If you want to return a product, you must follow our specific Returns Policy (which should be a separate, detailed page). Generally, the product must be unused, in its original box, and you must have the original invoice.
Refunds: If we approve a refund, we will process it quickly, but the money might take 7-10 business days to show up in your account.
5. Using Our Website
Respect the Site: Don't use our website to post bad or harmful comments, or try to hack our system. That is strictly forbidden by the Sarkar!
Your Content: If you post reviews or comments, you give us permission to use those reviews on our site or social media.
Copyright: All the pictures, logos (including the Sarkar character), and content on our site belong to Shop Sarkar and cannot be copied without our permission.

The Sarkar might update these rules from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page.
